IBM employees can earn quite a few awards as part of their day job. As a mobile employee there are not many chances for my co-workers to see the awards I have received. PatentsIBM is the patent leader in the USA for over a decade. I'm doing my part to help keep us in the lead. What you see here are the awards for my patent filings. Each plateau is equivalent to roughly four patent filings. My patents cover various topics including security and privacy, RFID, large scale network computing and devices, transportation, digital pen technology among other one off dreams/inventions. Here is a link to my pending patents. Once I have some granted I'll post a link for those. I have also had great success in implementing many of my patent ideas. |

| Every once in a while I get a nice plaque for speaking at a conference. I wish I would get these more often than I do. Every year I present at 3+ conferences a year. Typically on topics of best practices for computing performance and measurement although I've been branching out into enterprise administration topics lately. | ||
